While we strive to deliver products on-time and in perfect condition, there can be unforeseen circumstances which are not in our control. We have a simple, clear and transparent returns and refund policy to make the process hassle free for you.
We accept returns and on a case-to-case basis that qualify as an "Eligible Return or Damaged Product Refund".

ExpoBazaar will consider a product(s) to be an eligible case under the following conditions:

  • The product was damaged during transit i.e. broken, scratched, dented, and/or unfit for original intended use upon arrival.
  • If damaged upon arrival, the product is unused and in its original packaging.
  • The product has not been altered, colored, resized, and distorted in any way after delivery.
  • Request for return/refund has been initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase or receipt is attached with the return.
  • Pictures/videos of the damaged product upon arrival or unboxing have been submitted.

Exclusions

The following products are not eligible for returns:

  • Discounted items and/or any purchase made during a sale or through a promo code are non-returnable but are refundable in case of damage.
  • Any purchase made through the RTS India Express model is non-returnable, but refundable in case of damage.
  • Any purchase made through RFQ model is non-returnable, but refundable in case of damage.
  • Any purchase made through the Warehouse Shipping model is non-returnable, but refundable in case of damage.
  • Any purchase made through the RTS India Model is non-returnable, but refundable in case of damage.
  • Used items
  • Customized products
  • Gift certificates
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” (includes pillows, blankets, bedsheets, linen, samples etc.)

Partial Returns and Refunds

In case one or more items arrive damaged or is incorrect in a Ship pack of multiple items, ExpoBazaar will provide a refund which is equal to the value of the damaged/incorrect item(s) as long as it qualifies as an “Eligible Return or Damaged Product Refund

Incorrect Ship Packs

If you receive an incorrect ship pack, ExpoBazaar will replace it with the original ship pack ordered as long as it qualifies as an “Eligible Return or Damaged Product Refund "

Cancellations

You may request cancellation of an order under the following criteria.

Warehouse Shipping Model:
Before the order has been processed for shipping by ExpoBazaar.

RTS India Model:
Within 7 Days of placing an order.

RTS India Express Model :
Within 48 hours of placing an order.

You can submit a cancellation request from the buyer dashboard.

Shipping fee

Shipping & Handling fees for authorized returns and refunds to be borne by ExpoBazaar.

Refunds

Requests for refunds for items that do not meet the definition of “Eligible Return or Damaged Product ” are at the sole discretion of ExpoBazaar. Order shipping costs cannot be refunded. Please submit a refund request from the buyer dashboard.

Resolution

We attempt to resolve all refunds/cancellations/returns within 7 working days. However, in certain cases, it may take longer.
