Quote Embroidered Velvet Cushion Cover, 46 x 46 cm

A deep navy velvet cushion cover with a quote picked out in bright, hand drawn style lettering. The contrast is what makes it work: a calm, grown up base colour with a burst of colour on top, so the cushion adds personality without shouting over the rest of your furniture. At 46 x 46 cm it is a full size accent cushion cover, which means you can refresh a sofa or a bed for a fraction of what new upholstery would cost. Choose the message that sounds most like you or most like the person you are gifting it to.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1. Is the filler included or is this the cover alone?
This is a cushion cover. Use it with a standard 46 x 46 cm insert. Choosing a filler one size larger gives that full, plump look you see in styled interiors.

Q2. What is the correct filler size to buy?
A 46 x 46 cm insert fits neatly. If you prefer a fuller shape, a 48 x 48 cm insert works well and removes the slight sag that same size fillers can create.

Q3. How do I wash a velvet cushion cover?
Dry cleaning is recommended to protect both the velvet pile and the embroidery. For light marks, blot with a dry cloth and brush the pile gently back into direction.

Q4. Will navy blue suit an Indian living room?
Navy is one of the most forgiving accent colours. It grounds bright Indian textiles, hides everyday dust better than pastels, and looks striking against beige, cream and teak.

Q5. Can I mix different messages on one sofa?
Yes, and it is the look most customers go for. Two or three different quotes in the same navy base read as a deliberate set rather than a random collection.

Handcrafted by skilled Indian artisans, this cover lets you change the mood of a room in the time it takes to make chai.
