Arch Shaped 4x6 Photo Frame With Bold Geometric Inlay

The arch is having a moment in Indian interiors, and this handcrafted frame captures it without trying too hard. Its curved silhouette is clad in a high contrast mosaic of smooth jet black resin tiles set against textured light wood blocks, arranged in a basket weave rhythm that follows the curve all the way around. It brings architecture to a tabletop, which is exactly what a good frame should do.

Key Features

• Distinctive arch silhouette: A curved top that stands apart from the usual rectangle and instantly draws the eye.
• Standard 4x6 inch opening: Takes the most widely printed photo size in India with no cropping required.
• High contrast mosaic: Jet black resin tiles inlaid against textured natural light wood for a striking basket weave effect.
• Substantial 1.5 inch profile: 17 cm x 22 cm overall with genuine depth, so it holds its own on a shelf or mantel.
• Protective glass panel: Keeps dust and sunlight from reaching your photograph.
• Handcrafted in India: Hand set over a durable MDF base by skilled artisans, weighing a light 300 g.

How to Style It

Arch shapes look best with breathing room, so give it a clear stretch of shelf. It also pairs beautifully with a rectangular frame beside it, where the contrast between curve and straight edge becomes the whole point.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Does the arch shape crop my photograph?
A. No. The opening itself takes a standard 4x6 inch rectangular print in full. The arch is the outer silhouette of the frame, not the shape of the photo window.

Q. How do I clean between the inlaid tiles?
A. A dry soft brush works better than a cloth for lifting dust out of the fine seams. Follow with a light wipe using a dry microfibre cloth.

Q. Is the light wood section natural?
A. Yes, it is genuine wood with visible grain, hand cut and set into place. Grain and tone will differ slightly between individual frames.

Q. Will it look out of place in a simple, minimal room?
A. Not at all. The palette is restricted to black and natural wood, so it adds shape and texture to a minimal room without introducing extra colour.

Q. Is this suitable for a Diwali gift hamper?
A. It works well, especially alongside a decorative box or tray from the same craft family. Include a printed photograph and it becomes a personal gift rather than a generic one.

Handcrafted in India by skilled artisans. Slight variation in pattern, grain and tone is natural and confirms that your piece was made by hand.
