Frequently Asked Questions

Is it too small to matter?

Small is exactly what makes it usable for a young baby - it is light enough to lift and hold at an age when bigger toys can only be pushed around. It also travels easily.

Is the bow securely attached?

It is stitched into the knit rather than tied on, but any attached detail deserves a check every few weeks once your baby starts pulling and mouthing the toy.

How do I wash it?

Gentle hand wash in cold water with a mild baby detergent, press the water out without wringing, and dry it fully in the shade. Stuffed and knitted toys hold moisture inside, so make sure the filling is completely dry before it goes back to your child.

Is it suitable for a newborn?

The fabric is soft enough for newborn skin, but safe-sleep guidance is to keep soft toys out of the cot for the first year. For younger babies it is best used as a supervised cuddle and play toy, and as nursery decor.

Does it work as a baby shower or newborn gift?

Soft toys are among the easiest newborn gifts - nothing to size, no clash with an existing wardrobe, and they stay in use well into the toddler years. A common pick for godh bharai, namkaran and first birthdays.

Please supervise young children during play, and check seams, buttons and attachments regularly for wear.
